Uneducated security staff but amazing GM and Director of room

Front Desk - Average, they are cool and get their job done, but make me feel that I may have ruined their day (; Bell Desk - Good, much better experience and they are friendly Cleanliness - Good Shower - Excellent, great and consistent hot water pressure Room - Poor Non-stop water pipe running noise from the air-conditioning. Non stop blinking message light on the phone. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10:15 to rush you to check out (check out time 11:00am) Security - Poor. Non hotel guest was allowed to trespass in the lobby and guest lift. Will I stay here again - Probably, for price and location.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, great staff and pool. Food was great and bar service was excellent.

Location is good with metro and mall within 5-10mins walking distance.

Garbage, keep charging to my bank account after checkout, charged for breakfast for 3 times even the reservation is breakfast included and already been pre-paid, and do no refund after this charge,

Housekeeping tried to enter my room 8:48 in the morning while I am sleeping. I am not sure it is normal but I have not experienced it before. Room and bathroom is really spacious.

Good location, bad water system i hear the whole night and couldn’t sleep good. Never go back and not a suggestion to anyone who’d love to go LA hshahahhahaha

Conveniently located and great customer service. Didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all facilities.

酒店在洛杉磯市中心，比較高檔，房間乾淨整潔，很大也很新，服務都很好。樓下有餐廳，早中晚飯都可以吃，整體都還不錯

房間大且乾淨，服務好，無中文服務，連住三晚，除了其中一晚樓上説過話走路聲到兩三點，其他時間還比較安靜。其中兩天八九點正睡着覺火警警報提醒房間裏聽廣播，被吵醒。無自助早餐，衹能點餐。整體還行吧。

連住8天 前幾天起床後發現我的床上有蟲 原來是「跳蚤」，我們做了一個實驗 把衛生紙放床單裡晚上回來 床單一樣沒換 服務人員很多態度都很差 這是一晚8-9000的飯店嗎

衞生一般桌子上有灰塵。位置可以，離斯台普斯中心走路幾分鐘。
