ข้อดี: เป็นโรงแรมย้อนยุคที่ตกแต่งดี ห่างจากสถานี 10 นาทีเพื่อไปเก็บกระเป๋าและเดินช้าๆ ห้องกว้างขวางและเตียงก็ใหญ่และสบาย! ข้อเสีย: มีไฟในห้องน้ำดับเอง สักพักก็ดับ แล้วก็ได้ยินเสียงเหมือนมีอะไรตกในห้อง พอออกไปเช็ค ก็ไม่มีอะไรตก😨🙈เรา คิดว่าเป็นไฟเซ็นเซอร์แต่ไม่กล้าไปขอตรวจสอบที่แผนกต้อนรับ🙈 แล้ววันต่อมาทุกคนก็รู้สึกว่าสายเกินไป...ฉันคิดว่าโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่าและอาจจะไม่ จะเหมาะกับฉัน

เตียงมันนุ่มเกินไป ไม่เข้าใจจริงๆ ถ้าคนอ้วนตัวใหญ่มานอนบนเตียงแล้วจมลงไปในรูจะนอนได้ยังไง?

ถังขยะไม่มีถุงขยะคลุมไว้ และถังขยะไม่ได้รับการทำความสะอาด โต๊ะที่วางอาหารเช้ามีกลิ่นเหม็น

ห้องพักเรียบร้อยมากและอยู่ใกล้สถานีมาก สะดวกสุดๆ

ไม่เป็นไร แต่ก็เหมือนกับเพื่อนที่ได้ค้างคืนที่ชั้นใต้ดินของโรงแรม มีเสียงรบกวนในมื้ออาหารสุดสัปดาห์

สถานที่ที่ดีจริง ๆ ซึ่งเต็มไปด้วยของเก่า ☺️ จะแนะนำให้เพื่อนและครอบครัวของฉัน ฉันจะไปที่โรงแรมนี้เมื่อฉันมาที่สวิสในภายหลัง

โรงแรมระดับ. พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและสุภาพ ทุกอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ ที่จะแนะนำ

ถึงจะเก่าแต่ก็ดีมากจนไม่รู้สึก ฉันคิดว่าการสร้างใหม่เป็นไปด้วยดี

เป็นการพักที่น่าพอใจและมีความสุข เป็นกันเองสะอาดและวิวสวย

It's a hotel with vintage stuffs collection, the lobby seems like a vintage gallery with great collection. The staffs are friendly and there are various delicious choices for breakfast, including hot meal and fresh fruit ! They also gave free transportation tickets around interlaken for the whole period of stay. Will stay again in this hotel when visiting Interlaken. Thank you CE hotel !

Friendly front desk staff and the hotel location is gorgeous. The frontdesk helped me with an early checkin and also upgraded my room with a bath-tub. The view from the room balcony was Mesmerizing and nothing short of a heavenly view… The breakfast was descent, however a little short of vegetarian options. The chocolates at the reception desk were amazing, better than Lindt. I wish I could know where they sourced them from😁 Harder Kulm (Top of Interlaken) entrance is just in front of the hotel. The market is at walking distance and also the OST station is very closeby. Thanks Carlton Team for making our stay pleasant and memorable… Ciao!

I reserved one queen bed room and is mentioned one the room type but they assigned me is still are twin bed. Room is old and no amenities. No minibar in room but you can do the natural freezer if you are travel during winter time . This hotel is not recommended.

Unable to travel due to lost of passport in Italy. Hotel management not allow to cancel the booking

Location was super good, very close to the Interlaken Ost. The breakfast was so-so. The room was big but the facilities were vintage
